Greetings Yonkers Family! I’m Yolanda Shinault, or as many have grown to know me,
Pastor Loni, a proud native of this city with roots deeply planted in its soil. My journey
has been nurtured by these streets—from Croton Terrace to Waverly St, School St,
Whitney Young, and N. Broadway. But it was at 77 Locust Hill Ave, Cromwell Towers,
where my story truly unfolded. Double Dutch, roller skating, babysitting, hair braiding,
and the community—these weren’t just pastimes, they became my life’s passion. And
teen motherhood? That became my motivation.

With each jump, braid, and babysat kid, a deeper purpose was stirring. So, when the
Lord spoke to me about starting this nonprofit, urging me to be a catalyst for unity
between the church and the community, I was both terrified and all in. Now, there’s no
looking back—only forward, with bold faith and unstoppable drive.

Our mission at All Access Yonkers is simple, yet so powerful:

We’re here to rebuild, revive, and restore. Healthy people make healthy families, and
healthy families make healthy communities. But how do we do this? Through
collaborative partnerships, real community engagement, and the love of Christ. The
people of Yonkers need to see leadership walking the walk—united and invested. It’s
time to get on board, Yonkers!

Here’s the vision: We want to see YOU, the incredible people of Yonkers, using your
gifts, talents, and resources right here. We want every dollar that enters our city to stay
in Yonkers! Imagine a future where when the rest of the world feels the pressure of a
recession, Yonkers is thriving, standing strong, and growing. People will be flocking to
our city, desperate to learn the secret to our success. And guess what? The secret will
be God’s perfect plan: We listened, unified, and strategized.

Oh, what a wonderful year it’s going to be! Stay tuned, family—this is just the beginning
of something powerful. Together, we will rebuild, revive, and restore our beloved
Yonkers.
